Axle Overload Monitoring System for Light Commercial Vehicles.

Описание к видео Axle Overload Monitoring System for Light Commercial Vehicles.

The LoadPro® 1430 axle overload monitoring system is specifically designed for two axle vehicles with standard coil or leaf spring suspension. Each axle is monitored with a patented solid-state sensor which monitors the load applied to each axle. The information is displayed to the driver on the twin channel digital indicator and an audible alarm sounds if the total vehicle or axle weight maximum is infringed. https://www.loadprosystems.com/
LoadPro 1430 has no moving parts and is not susceptible to wear or slipping out of calibration because of stretched springs, which are common in other axle overload monitoring systems.
Overloaded vehicle can mean fines and increased insurance costs.
LoadPro overload detecting sensors require virtually no maintenance.
Overloading shortens a vehicle’s service life and increases operating expenses.”
There’s a common misconception that a vehicle’s GVWR is determined by adding gross axle weight ratings (GAWRs) together for all axles. The chassis manufacturers task of establishing a vehicle GVWR is much more difficult today due to advancement of safety system standards and how vehicles meet these requirements. This is why many vehicles have a GVWR much lower than the combined axle ratings.

Designed to fit any light commercial twin axle vehicle with standard coil or leaf spring suspension or air suspension, the LoadPro 1430 system’s user-friendly advanced technology protects drivers and operators from weight infractions while providing per axle load distribution data to balance and maximize loads while reducing fuel consumption and vehicle wear & tear and eliminate a key cause of unscheduled maintenance. (Keeping your vehicles below their maximum load means better fuel economy, less maintenance and safer driving.)
The system is a simple design, and easy to install. A normal installation on a 2-axle vehicle, can be done in 4 hours or less, with no special tools; and most importantly, no welding. Utilization of state of the art solid state sensors ensures maximum durability in harsh environments and since there are no moving parts it is not susceptible to wear or slipping out of calibration.
Gross vehicle weight (GVW) and per axle load information is displayed to the driver on an easy-to-use color touchscreen and its telematics output connects to GPS tracking systems. The new LoadPro boasts improved GVW accuracy of better than ±2.5% within 90-100% of GVW, versus ±3% in first generation systems, and an audible alarm sounds if the total vehicle or axle weight maximum is reached.
