Living in Druid Hills Atlanta is one to certainly consider if you plan to work at Emory, CHOA, or the CDC. Druid Hills is basically the neighborhood where Emory, CHOA, and the CDC reside. I'm going to take you on a personal tour of Druid Hills - first we'll take a peek at the historical Druid Hills mansions which are on large lots (1.5+acres, which is hard to find in the City of Atlanta!) and of course they are going to come with a higher price tag ranging from $1.5MM-$5MM. Then I'll take a moment to discuss general information about Druid Hills (what the schools are like, where to find groceries, what your commute time is if you work in other parts of Atlanta). Then we'll check out some of the dining scene at Emory Village and Emory Point. I'll also take a quick peek onto the beautiful Emory campus! And of course I will be showing you some typical homes you can find in Druid Hills in various price points. Druid Hills is a nice neighborhood filled with younger families and also families that have lived in the neighborhood for generations. Because Druid Hills has very strict historical regulations, Druid Hills has been able preserve its historical charm look over the decades.
