Yarn - Make 3 strands from 1 ball Navajo technique (CC)

Triple the thickness of your ball, skein or hank of yarn using the Navajo technique from spinning. Credit to Lucy Neatby for bringing light to the technique used in spinning. Charity Loom-Knits shows it in use for the loom. I'm showing with a crochet hook. All are using the same technique. I hope this helps your next project. A great way to clean up your stash on small projects, too!

Make a quick 3ply strand from a thread to a worsted or even a bulky weight for bigger projects and make use of that ball you have. Perfect for single color or variegated. Self-striping won't stripe as intended but the technique still works.
