Ford Bronco rear cargo drawer post-install overview and review

I took advantage of the sale Ford offered for all their accessories and ordered their rear cargo area drawer system made by Tuffy. Overall, not difficult to install. It is heavy, so you'll probably want an extra hand to lift it into the truck. I chose to move the factory jack assembly into the drawer system to avoid having to ever access the factory storage area. Once you get the bolts lined up, I suggest getting the nuts started on each bolt and then tightening the rear ones first. I will be adding a piece of carpeted plywood to the top of the box to increase strength and rigidity. I will add the Canvas back cargo liner back on top of that.

The measurements I took for the plywood are 31"Dx42.5"Wx3/8"H
