1. The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has expressed deep disappointment over the United Nations' failure to implement resolutions aimed at resolving the enduring Kashmir and Palestine disputes. APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas in a statement issued in Srinagar emphasized that the international community must take concrete actions to address these long-pending issues to ensure lasting peace in the world. He pointed out that Kashmiris have suffered under India’s illegal occupation for 77 years, which has transformed the territory into a militarized zone. Minhas highlighted a shared animosity toward Muslims that unites Hindutva India and Zionist Israel. He warned that their alliance poses a significant threat, perpetuating racism and Islamophobia while violating international treaties and covenants.

Earlier, seven persons, including a doctor, were killed and five others were injured in an attack by unidentified assailants in the Gagangir area of the district. Locals suspect the attack was staged by Indian forces to destabilize the newly formed government in the territory.

Senior APHC leaders Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Professor Abdul Ghani Butt, Maulana Masroor Abbas Ansari and others in their statements in Srinagar condemned all forms of violence, including killings, by both Indian troops and unknown attackers. 4. As many as 35 Kashmiri students were expelled from Mewar University in the BJP-ruled Rajasthan state of India for raising their voice against the university's discriminatory policies. The IIOJK students associations condemned the university's actions, arguing that the administration is creating an atmosphere of fear and undermining the career of the Kashmiri students.
