This pleasant 1.8km walk that starts with a series of hairpins that climb you quickly up about 70m to the first ‘mini fort’. The start of the trail is a little bit steep and most people will be a bit tired on it, but don’t worry it's quite short and well worth the effort.

Once on the top of the trail, you follow it along the ridge and have the opportunity to explore all the Forts. Each fort is unique and can be entered. There are many windows to look through, each one frames a beautiful picture. With the exploring complete and photos taken you descend the zig zaggy trail and return along the foot of the mountain to the car park.
