Ingredients:
All-purpose flour – 140 gm
Sugar - 100 gm
Milk - 180 ml
Curd - 120 ml
Oil - 120 ml
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Baking Powder – ½ tsp
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
A pinch of salt



Method:
1. In a bowl take curd, oil, sugar, milk, and 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence, mix all the wet ingredients.

2. In a different bowl, take all purpose flour, add baking powder, baking soda and salt

3. Sift all the dry ingredients into wet ingredients

4. Mix all the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and make a smooth batter

5. Take a baking tin, line it with parchment paper

6. Pour the batter and tap it

7. Meanwhile keep the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes for preheating

8. Bake the cake at 180 degree centigrade for 25 to 30 minutes

9. Using the toothpick, check the cake after 25 minutes. If the toothpick comes out dry, the cake is ready.
