Hi everyone! In today's video I talk about PCOS. PCOS stands for Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and is quite a common condition that affects 1 in 10-15 women. It is a lifelong condition and currently any treatment available only alleviates some symptoms, but doesn't cure the condition. I hope that through this video you can learn a bit more about how PCOS affects those who have it, and how they may have to adjust their habits to take care of themselves. I tried to be as honest and as real as possible about my journey so far and hope this can help someone else also struggling to understand how to deal with PCOS.
