I have purchased refurbished JBL FLIP ESSENTIAL from JBL.COM.
They sent old used products. Dents, scratches and dirt all over the body. It looks like it was used for 5-6 months. It is Flipkart return product. Very poor and dirty packaging
Before purchase they told me that refurbished products are not used products. After contacting customer care they told me that refurbished products are used product. They will not replace/return for any kind of body damage.
Better quality products are available in the second hand market with less price.
Never expected from JBL / HARMAN. Very poor customer support. I have lost my desire to listen songs from the product.
