Описание к видео Difficulties in Homoeopathic Practice Questions and Answers with Dr Rajan Sankaran Part 5

In this talk, Dr. Rajan Sankaran answers a very important question that homoeopathic practitioners commonly face in their practice. He shares his vast experience and deals questions that are vital for homoeopathic practitioners.
One of the major difficulties we find in our day to day practice is the exact interpretation of the patient’s language and conversion of the same into rubrics. Many times the patient is speaking in Hindi or Marathi (local language) so it becomes difficult to select the exact rubric.
Dr. Sankaran explains how almost 90% of the patients don’t speak in English worldwide. We need to ask the patient to describe the word more and not just depend on one word. He says that we can use the language barrier as an advantage and ask a lot of questions. He explains that when the patient describes the symptom or sensation in multiple words or descriptions, it is easy to understand the symptom. He explains how in the sensation method we don’t just rely on one word but a group of words for example in Anacardiacae family any of the words like stiff, stuck, tight, caught and must move, can come up.
We get multiple auto-immune disorders in one patient itself, for example one patient had psoriasis, vitiligo and hypothyroidism; in such cases, which is the best method to be followed, symptom or system and which potency is to be selected?
Dr. Sankaran explains how when a patient has auto-immune disorders, it is all a part of one problem. It means that the immune system is fighting with the body itself. He says that he has observed that the immune system is very closely linked to the mind. He explains that many times it is difficult to find the characteristics at a local level in auto-immune disorders and hence we must try to find the characteristics at the mental level.
