Troubleshooting the beautiful Atari 800

It's been a long time coming, but we finally have an 8-bit Atari on the channel! The original Atari 800 is one of my favorite looking 8-bit machines of all time. Released in 1979, the machine was a tour de force of graphics and sound compared to the competition.

This machine doesn't work, can I figure out what the problem is?
