When we study IPC, we have a detailed Chapter from Section 76 to 106, which covers all the defences that accused might take. The chapter IV - Genral Exception that way becomes quite important for out studies under IPC.

Under Tort Law too we have similar defences available with the defendent and here I have tried to briefly discuss all of them in a single video.

Remember that this is the first video among the series of video that I am going to make. HEere you get simple explanation of the concepts and slowly one by one we are getting in to case laws, illustrations etc from next video.
