AI has captivated the world since the release of ChatGPT in November 2022 and left many people wondering how this would impact the world of work. In this fast-paced session, we explored a range of questions, challenges, and opportunities around AI in workforce development and communications, including:
1. How this game-changing technology can reshape the future of work, jobs, and careers, and
2. How might we leverage AI to better support workers and employers and augment the work of frontline staff?

There will be risks and challenges to navigate along the way, but AI can redefine the workforce development landscape for the better, helping more people find pathways to opportunity and making our work more human in the process.

FutureFit AI provides AI-powered solutions to help bridge the gap between job seekers and employers while empowering workforce systems to operate more efficiently and collaboratively. As Head of Customer Success, Lucas Levine is responsible for implementing FutureFit AI's technology with partners in state and local government, nonprofits, and enterprises, and helping them achieve exceptional outcomes. Lucas has spent nearly a decade focused on developing human capital, having previously served as Head of Talent/HR for an innovative K-12 education startup in South Africa and as an adviser to social enterprises in the U.S. and Latin America. Lucas received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and attended the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

In this session, Kevin delves into key findings from Goldman Sachs, offering invaluable insights into the AI landscape and sharing some exciting communication AI tools that may benefit your work. As a Senior Economic Research Analyst for WIN, he performs research and analysis for education, workforce, and industry partners by fulfilling data requests and writing quarterly labor market reports and special research projects. Before joining the WIN team, Kevin served as Director of Marketing at Arbor Associates, Inc., a Michigan-based opinion research firm serving the healthcare industry. There, he spent eight years nurturing relationships and developing business prospects with clients in over 30 states across the country. Much of his day-to-day work also entailed statistical testing and analysis services for major health systems, including Spectrum Health Lakeland and Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital.
