Alan Ritchson could be the next BATMAN

James Gunn is looking for a new actor to replace Ben Affleck as Batman, and Alan Ritchson’s name keeps coming up in the mix.

Alan is super popular at the moment with the success of the Reacher TV series, and with his role in Fast X. But many are excited at the idea of the casting, saying he would be perfect to play the older version of Batman.

He has the right look for Bruce Wayne, and he’s about as close as you can get physically to the comic book character, having bulked up to a massive 240 lbs.

He’s also demonstrated great fight choreography in his roles, including Hawk in the Titans TV Show.

Regarding the rumours, Alan has said he would love to play Batman, and received a glowing endorsement from Kevin Smith. So watch this space!
