One of the superbosses of the game. Quale is extremely easy to beat if you come in prepared. Make sure you have all of your abilities that prevent you from being inflicted with status ailments equipped. The only status he can give you that you can't protect yourself from is mini which Quina can get rid of using angel's snack. Having equipment that weakens or absorbs water will make his magic attack useless (ribbons work well). Having dragon crest maxed out and having shock also helps a lot so I recommend getting those.
