In this workout, you are training with me, Kim Lenga, owner of Emerge Fitness, Certified Group Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I am a real life example of of Emerging Strong. I have always been a fitness instructor since the age of 17. Midway through life, I lost my way. I got married, had two children, and spent 15 years of my second son’s life in hospitals to give him the ability to walk with his own two feet on the ground.
I can relate with middle age people who find themselves in this trap and love helping them realize that their journey is what makes them stronger. I help them take ownership.
