Fixing bobcat 751 Bob-Tach pins/bushings

Been having this problem ever since i got the machine, decided to fix it up once and for all. Parts were too expensive, decided to re-engineer this thing. Hopefully it will last, let me know what you think about this fix down below and as always.

2) Weld on pushing(arm) - 6714874
3) Weld on pushing(bob-tach) - 6731979
4) Cup seals for arms - 6700463
