History Professor Breaks Down "Forrest Gump" / Reel History

The 1994 Film "Forrest Gump" is a fictional comedy/drama, but it does warrant looking into the very real historical events that it traverses. From Civil Rights, the Vietnam war and 60's counter-culture, all the way to Presidential impeachments, Forrest Gump weaves in and out of some of the 20th Century's most interesting historical events.
