His career started at an institution in Pune, India, where he focused on writing case studies, several of which were later published by The Case Centre, UK (formerly known as the European Case Clearing House). As part of the publication process, he had to test these case studies in classroom settings. While conducting these sessions, he discovered a strong inclination toward teaching. The positive feedback and appreciation he received encouraged him to take on guest lectures, which eventually led to a full-fledged career in teaching and research.
