Never again will we allow any brakedown of law and order as Ogun State Goverment moves to strengthen peaceful coexistence among farmers, herders and host communities by deploying Peace Building Mechanism.

The Ogun State Government remain determined towards deploying peace building mechanism to strengthen healthy and productive relationship among Herders, Farmers and Host Communities in Ogun State.

The Special Assistant to Ogun State Government Hadi Sani led a delegation to the Imala Police division to converge all the Fulani heads and Baales of host communities to settle existing fracas and avoid such occurrence in the nearest future

Hadi insist that peace building approach which entails engagement and building relationship is more diplomatic, accommodative, sustainable and cost effective compare to peace keeping that involve deploying security agencies to rescue conflict situation after escalation.

The DPO of Imala police division, CSP Nurudeeb Baba Hamzat also buttressed the need to adhere to the rules and regulation to strengthen the peaceful coexistence amidst the Farmers, Herders and host communities.

The Apeno of Imala which speak on behalf of the host communities appreciate His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun for the determined effort towards securing lives and prosperty along side creating enabling enviroment for everyone to strive with minimal conflict.

The State Miyeti Allah Chairman Alh Dende Muhammed appreciate the state government for the proactiveness always and agreed with the modalities and guaranteed their commitment to improve peaceful coexistence, safety and security across all the settlements in Ogun State.
