The theme of Disney's Port Orleans Mardi Gras Pargo Parade this year was Sweets & Treats. The highlight of the parade (out of many) was the giant turkey leg bouncing pargo cart! These carts are designed by the Cast Members at Disney's Port Orleans Resort, and this cart is from the Engineering team.
