75cm Queen Fish On Surface Fishing Tin Can Bay On Dragon Kayak

Christopher Thompson and myself spent the day exploring Tin Can Bay near Gympie in Queensland and ran into a few string pullers along the way... The day started pretty slow with chris hooking into a big Eagle Ray being the highlight as we watched schools of queen fish busting bait on the surface... Despite our efforts we were always too slow to get to the bust up before it ended... Working the mangrove edges I saw a Jack come out of a branch and smash something off the top before going back to his home... I put in a cast with the popper and got hit straight away but didn't hook up... After that our luck with the queens changed and I managed to get 2 with he biggest going 75cm! Hope you enjoy!
