Dan Snow at the British Museum celebrates the launch of a fantastic primary learning resource for schoolchildren - Teaching History with 100 objects: http://www.teachinghistory100.org/. The British Museum has partnered up with other UK museums, supported by the Department for Education, to provide online histories of 100 key objects in British collections that connect with all areas of the new history curriculum and with hundreds of linked objects that explore world history from 500,000 years ago to the present day.
