Originally, I had intended this run to be deathless for the "Good Christian Boy" achievement, but I decided to double it as a speedrun upon a friend's suggestion. It's my first time speedrunning a game, so it's probably not a very good run as I didn't make much use of the crux tech. I do hope people who plan on legitimately speedrun all 3 chapters may find this video useful in some ways.

As for the run, everything is smooth sailing until you get to the final bosses, notably both Gary fights. They are quite difficult and require a bit of luck. It should be noted that the seals on the second fight tend to periodically appear in front of where John was facing. It's something to keep in mind when planning your escape route.

I opted not to use the camera for the apartment section as you can randomly get thrown into the "Amy Room", which just stalls your progress.

Lastly, I want to thank Airdorf for this excellent retro-styled horror game. I highly recommend it.
