FRY KALE CHANE
Ingredients
Boiled black chickpeas 300 grams
Onion 1
Tomatoes 2
Lemon juice juice of 2 lemons
Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Crushed fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Ground garam masala ¼ tsp
Chaat masala ¼ tsp
Fresh coriander, green chilies, ginger as required
Method
Heat oil in a pan and brown the onion. Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Then add all spices and boiled black chickpeas, and sauté well. Add a little water, cover, and cook on dum. When the water dries, add lemon juice, chaat masala, ground garam masala, fresh coriander, green chilies, and ginger. Mix well and serve hot.

MATAR MALAI CHICKEN
Ingredients
Chicken with bone ½ kg
Fresh cream 3 tbsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Onion 1
Tomatoes 2
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Ground garam masala ¼ tsp
Crushed black pepper ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan and brown the onion. Add ginger garlic and tomatoes. Then add chicken and sauté well. Add all the spices and cook until the chicken is tender. Mix cream into yogurt, add to the pan, and cook for 2 minutes. Finally, sprinkle crushed black pepper and serve hot.


MINT SODA
Ingredients
Mint 4 tbsp
Soda water as required
Ice cubes as required
Lemon juice 2 lemons
Black salt a pinch
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender blend well and serve chilled
