your 20s can feel like a constant guessing game — and i've way more than mistakes than i'm willing to admit. well, no. i'm admitting them in this video 🫢. now that i'm 24, i wanted to share 24 thing lesson i wish i knew sooner (like, when i was 18). the advice, habits, and mindset shifts that have completely changed the way I look at life. no gatekeeping — just pure honesty.

when i first entered my 20s, i felt so much pressure to “have it all figured out” — from relationships and friendships to my career, confidence, and even how i looked. with social media and being chronically online, i found myself constantly comparing my face, my job, my relationships to other people. i struggled so much with self-doubt and letting other people control my life. i wasted so much time and energy on things that didn’t actually matter.
