In this tutorial, you will learn how to shape wafer paper petals, how to soften rice paper (spring roll wrappers), and how to wire petals.
You can make these delicate flowers in advance and store them in a food container until you need to put them on a cake.
Also, this arrangement can be put on any cake - fondant, buttercream and ganache. And, if you want to refrigerate your wafer paper flowers - check your humidity. Anything below 65% should be just fine!
