Derz is dropping his next book, "Inner Circle: Focus and Fulfillment Habits of the Enlightened", on Amazon next week! This week we get deep into the self-identity, a reoccurring theme in our discussions with our badass guests, and also a huge them in his forthcoming book.

Jeff (@iamjeffthornton) & Derz (@coachderz) dive down the rabbit hole about the transition that occurs as we evolve from one level to the next in life. We discuss examples of our own journeys in which our growth was stunted due to an inability to leave our old selves behind. Another huge element of awareness and progress is using the lessons learned in failure to propel us forward rather than holding ourselves back by dwelling on the mistakes of the past.

It was cool to sit down and shed some light on our lives and the evolution that was required to get us to this point. Although we come from different backgrounds, both of us have gone through many battles with self-identity, and we hope that the stories of our respective paths resonates, and helps you shed the skin of your old self so that the person you want to be, and are becoming, has your permission to shine!
