Salinas Trucking Peterbilt 379 Coming And Going At Truckin' For Kids 2013

My last video from Truckin' For kids 2013 is of Salinas Trucking's Peterbilt 379 - a truck that I'd have a few run-in's with while I was in California. First we see the truck as it is arriving at TFK on Saturday morning in a group of hay-haulers. Next on Saturday afternoon, I came across it after getting parked and all setup for the show, so I had to get a walk-around video of it. The final scene was caught on the 210 Freeway about 6 or 7 miles west of the show grounds after the show was over on Sunday afternoon. The owner, seeing that I was shooting video of his truck gave me a little Jake Brake and train horn love. I'd get to see this awesome looking Pete one more time on my Cali trip as the next day, Monday morning, I was heading south out of Bakersfield into the Tehachapi Mts. and going the opposite direction heading into Bakersfield was this same truck hauling a set of dry bulk doubles. Like most trucks at the show, even the pretty rigs are working rigs. Thanks to everyone for watching all of my videos from Truckin' For Kids 2013.
