Chaos Magick was invented in the 60’s and 70’s by two friends from the United Kingdom. Discordianism began some time in the early 1960’s as a parody religion. In the modern day both of these movements have continued and grown. In fact Discordianism which was created as I said just to poke fun at religion is now in fact an actual faith. It is in fact possible to find people who worship Eris these days.
