*Tezu*: A 12-year-old boy named Rohit Bdr. Chetry from Gohaingaon, Lohit District, was kidnapped from the Kalikhola area on July 22, 2024, while returning from school. The kidnapper contacted the boy's father, demanding a ransom and threatening to kill his son if the police were involved. An FIR has been registered at Sunpura Police Station, and two suspects have been arrested. Interrogation and investigation are ongoing to locate the victim.
