HOBA HBS SPECIAL BUN INFEED 6 ROW and HTA 15S CLIPBAND CLOSING

Full-Automatic packaging and closing line manufactured by HOBA for buns. Bagloader packaging machine type Holly HBS and Closing conveyor type Holly HTA-15S to close the bag with clipband closures.

The buns are coming from a cooling conveyor through a metal detector. After this there is an elevator to feed the buns to this line or to another lin which can slice and pack with a pillow pack machine. The buns on this line are devided into rows (up to 8 rows) and stacked with a special intact arm and infeed system into the bagloader. The bagloader push the buns into a premade plastic bag and transport them to a closing line.

The conveyor of the closing line is extended for installation of a label unit. The conveyor after the closing line is specially made with a modular belt for easy collecting of the products.

Capacity up to 60 per minute depending on type of products.
