Goal:
In this video, we will learn why we need reusable workflows and how different Continuous Integration workflows can be optimized by running only "targeted tests" depending on when and where a workflow is triggered from.
For example:
Run "only tests for a specific microservice" when there is a merge on develop branch of that micro service.
Run "all tests" where there is a merge on main branch of test framework (or on a cron job).
Run only "smoke tests" when creating a PR on test framework.

Objective:
Different practical situations in CI.
How if not refactored it results into duplicate code.

Next steps:
Show how we can create reusable workflows.
