Quest: Cheese Tonkatsu
I love tonkatsu but every time I go out to have some it costs me $35~40 (AUD) which isn't very good for my wallet so I decided to make some myself.
It tastes amazing and costs 60% less to make it yourself.
I used pork sirloin but you can use other cuts such as ribeye, striploin etc.

Ingredients
Pork (sirloin): 2 (125g each)
Mozzarella (block): 2 (75g each)
Flour: 100g
Egg: 2
Panko: 100g
Salt: 2 Pinches
Black Pepper: 2 Pinches
Vegetable Oil: 1L
