I'll show you how I built this tiny mini greenhouse for my garden. This is a project that will last for years and help tremendously for raising seedlings.

This took me most of a weekend to build and includes a few tricky part where care is needed. It's built in three sections with commonly found material at your local building store including 1"x2"x8' framing lumber, 96"x24" clear plastic roofing panels and a few more pieces. With each section weighing about 10lbs, it is easy to move around and can be stored during the off season.
