2024 Ford F-150 Lariat 4x4 | The Best Gets Better?

The name of the game for the 2024 Ford F-150 is simplicity. Ford is simplifying the options and the engines in the 2024 models of their best-selling vehicle. Gone is the small 3.3L engine. All variants now get the larger 36-gallon fuel tank, a digital driver information cluster, and a large infotainment screen.

The biggest news for the PR team to share was the multi-positional tailgate door. Yes, a door in the tailgate. Ram has the split opening tailgate, Honda has the large swing gate tailgate, Chevy and GMC have the Multi-Flex/Multi-Pro tailgate within a tailgate, and now Ford has introduced the Pro Access Tailgate...

Opening left to right for ease of access to the driver, the Pro Access tailgate has a door built into the middle of it that can open to 30º, 70º, or 100º, greatly improving the access to the bed. The tailgate also retains its power opening and closing feature, which Chevy and GMC cannot claim on their fancy tailgates.
