Whispered Dreams

By day, love's light shines bright,
Guiding me through shadowed strife.
At night, a whispered song of dreams,
A prayer to the God of life.

In the silence, a chair stands alone,
A witness to the dance of light and dark.
Half bathed in day's gentle tone,
Half cloaked in night’s deep mark.

Duality’s embrace, stark and cold,
Yet warm in the divine fold.
Light and dark, each a part,
Of the whole, of the heart.

In the stillness, in the quiet night,
His song lingers, pure and slight.
A melody of hope, a hymn of grace,
A whisper of love in this sacred space.

God's love, a constant stream,
In the sun's glow, in the moon's beam.
By day, He directs with gentle might,
At night, His song is my guiding light.
