The RX5USB: Play custom sounds on the Yamaha RX5 drum machine

We demonstrate the RX5USB, a USB-compatible cartridge for the Yamaha RX5 drum machine. Using the USB connection and a Windows editor, you can create waveform banks for the RX5 from your own samples and play them on the instrument, just like any of the factory cartridges.

UPDATE! A new v3 has been developed and is available at https://rx5usb.com/

A complete and ready-to-use version was available from Pharmasonic but is no longer in production.
