Residents and Fellows Thank You

As an academic learning system, teaching is a huge part of what we do. When it comes to our resident and fellow learners, teaching on the job is one of the most important ways we prepare you for life as a physician. Our learners play a big role in our clinical settings, with learners rotating at our own centers as well as health systems around the metro and state. No one was anticipating COVID-19, yet our learners stepped up to continue learning and healing, despite the elevated risks and uncertainty in a healthcare setting. This is what we train for, this is what we were built for. We hope this video can serve as a small form of recognition from our leadership for the tireless ways in which you give the best of yourselves, every day.
