This demon will occasionally spawn in the Broken Shore and is considered a rare spawn. For a short period of time (I'm guessing about an hour), this enemy will respawn about once a minute following its defeat; after this hour, you may have to wait a while for its rotation to come around again. This enemy can be found on the eastern reaches of the Felrage Strand in northeastern Broken Shore, in an area known as Strand's End. This enemy as 2 abilities: (1) Felshard Meteors, which calls down meteors at locations marked by green circles on the ground (she does not move or turn during channeling) and (2) Incinerating Blast, which deals fire damage to her target. This demon, like the other rare spawn demons of the Broken Shore, can drop Legionfall War Supplies, Nethershards, Order Resources, and gear. This enemy also qualifies as a target for the "Take Out the Head..." Broken Shore quest line.
