How To Measure Climate Change (Temperature Anomalies Explained)

How do we measure climate change? In today’s episode of climate basics we investigate the importance of tracking global temperature change and why scientists use temperature anomalies rather than absolute temperature to track changes in climate. In addition to temperature there are other climate metrics we can use to track change including sea levels, ice sheets and ocean temperature.
