Rainger FX: Mini Drone // Dual Drone Generator

The Rainger FX Mini Drone is a stripped-down version of Rainger’s legendary Drone Rainger. It’s a fat sounding analog synth with a pair of independently tuneable drone tones with modulation. This allows for all sorts of interesting textures and intervals, and the drone can even be dropped down a whole or half-step on-the-fly with Rainger’s Igor expression controller. This allows for easy live integration with all types of music in any key. In this demo, we’ll put the Mini Drone to use in a live band context with guitar, then we’ll go in close and run through its basic functions.
