Saybrook University recently held the President’s Symposium on Integrative Mental Health to highlight this pressing issue. Panelists exchanged ideas on the current escalation of suicides and violence in America, the lack of access to mental health services for disadvantaged communities, the benefits of integrative care, and recommendations to address both the current mental health crisis and the ongoing community conditions that exacerbate mental illness.
