Part 4 of Death Mark II is a suspense-horror visual novel adventure game developed by Experience and published by Aksys Games. Released in February 2024 for PlayStation 5 (and also available on PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC), it continues the chilling narrative of supernatural investigations.

The story brings back Kazuo Yashiki, head of the Kujo family and known as the "Spirit Doctor," to H City, Tokyo. This time, he is hired by the principal of Konoehara Academy to infiltrate the school as a temporary teacher. The academy is plagued by gruesome, spiritual incidents that recur every ten years, leading to mysterious disappearances and deaths that the police dismiss as accidents.

This video is a full game walkthrough in which players will guide Yashiki through a harrowing investigation of these supernatural occurrences. The gameplay combines first-person perspective during investigations with a new side-scrolling function for navigating various locations. These locations primarily revolve around Konoehara Academy and its surrounding areas, including: Various classrooms (e.g., Room 1-B, 3-C, 2-B), Bathrooms (women's restroom, men's restroom), The music room, The infirmary, The student council room, A connecting corridor, The old school building, The pool, The courtyard, The clock tower, The faculty room and The storage room.

Yashiki is not alone in his terrifying quest; he collaborates with a number of returning and new partner characters from the Spirit Hunter series (such as Konoe, Izumi, Michiho, Daimon, Himeko, and Ai). The choice of partner is crucial, as it affects access to different locations and items, and influences the success rate of "Suspensive Acts" which are tense moments where players must make critical decisions to survive spirit encounters. The central antagonist is a malevolent entity known as "The Departed," which appears to be orchestrating the horrific events and leaving "death notices" for its victims.
