In this episode, I focus on the engine of the BAJA 50 pit bike. I clean the carburetor, inspect the clutch, clan the oil filter, adjust the valves and clean and paint the exhaust.
Over the course of the video, I will show you haw to dismantle the carburetor, clean it and reassemble it.
I will take off both the clutch and flywheel covers and show you how I reinstall these with a new gasket for the clutch cover. I will also clean the oil filter which is also part of the automatic clutch on this bike.
I show you how to access the valves to adjust them, how to determine top dead center on the engine and how to clean and oil the air filter as well.
