Request 44 is located in Jubilife Village. Talk to Dagero at the Photography Studio to receive the request. You need to have completed the first photograph request that is also located at the photography studio.

The other unlock condition for this request is you need to have reached the main story mission titled "A New Mission" which is around the time you are in the Cobalt Coastlands area. If you don't see this main story mission yet (check the map and press Y button to see missions) then keep progressing the story.

In case it isn't obvious, the Pokemon in the photo is Duskull. You need to go catch one to show Dagero. Duskull is located in Cobalt Coastlands at the Deadwood Haunt area near the beginning of the big hand peninsula. There are wrecked ships all over the area and it looks quite spooky.

Remember you can only encounter Duskull at night so make sure you rest at the camp before embarking to the Deadwood Haunt area. Once you get there simply catch a Duskull and then return to Jubilife Village to show it to Dagero to complete the request.

Your reward for completing this request is expanding the photography studio. You will have more options available for your Pokemon photos.
