Hiking/Walking in Tenerife: From Parc Nacional del Teide to Mount Guajara with its fabulous views.

If you like some challenge, Monte Guajara is the place to be. With its 2718 m altitude, it is the third highest peak of the Parque Nacional del Teide. This mountain is located on the North slope of the huge Caldera las Cañadas. The views are absolutly phenomenal.
Mount Guajara is a dormant volcano and its crater can be reached by road.
This route allows us many magical views of El Teide and Pico Viejo. When the cloud cover allows it, you can see the neighboring islands of Gran Canaria and La Gomera….
