A window permits to watch the mixing process inside. This window can be replaced by the optionally available funnel 20-0160E10. In addition, the cover is provided with connection plugs for gas etc. The constant speed motorized stainless steel mixing drum is equipped with a switch to turn left or right. An electric heating installation at the bottom and walls with PID regulator provides a constant temperate. For de-loading, the mixing bowl can be tilted to the front by the installed motor system. Labormischer 30 l, 400 V, 50 Hz zur Herstellung von Asphalt-Mischgutproben nach dem Gleichlaufprinzip. Der dicht schließende Deckel kann zur Befüllung und Entleerung motorisch angehoben werden. Zur Beobachtung des Mischvorgangs ist der Deckel mit einer Sichtscheibe ausgestattet. Diese kann durch den optional verfügbaren Einfülltrichter 20-0160E10 ersetzt werden. Zusätzlich sind im Deckel Anschlüsse zur Zugabe von z. B. Inertgas o. ä. vorgesehen. Der angetriebene Mischbehälter aus Edelstahl mit konstanter Drehzahl und rechts/links Umschaltung ist am Boden und den Seitenwänden mit Elektroheizung und PID Regler ausgestattet. Zur Probenentnahme kann dieser motorisch nach vorne gekippt werden. Das speziell geformte Mischwerkzeug mit Drehzahlregelung ist optimiert für Asphaltbaustoffe. Le couvercle hermétique fermé peut être soulevé par moteur pour le remplissage, un prélèvement et pour la vidange.
