What you'll learn in this video:
Setting up your DIC system from start to finish.
Preparing the object and applying the random speckle pattern.
Synchronizing the cameras with precise frame-sync requirements.
Precision alignment procedures and calibration image acquisition.
Hardware triggering for accurate temporal correlation.

You’ll also receive a complete list of required DIC accessories and equipment, including:
Two matched Phantom monochrome high-speed cameras
Two matched high-quality lenses (focal length depends on object size and distance)
3D stereo tripod rig or heavy-duty stand (size depends on camera weight/size and object distance)
Tripod horizontal bar and geared tripod heads
BNC cable to connect the camera’s F-Sync signals
BNC cable to connect Time Code to get matching time stamps
2 BNC cables with T-connector to connect the camera’s Trigger signals
Pickle switch or different hardware trigger, such a pulse generator
Paint for speckling object surface (if the object is not naturally textured and if it’s shiny)
Calibration board (type depends on field of view accuracy)
PCC software (Synchronous Snapshot feature) for capturing calibration images and synchronized CINE files
