22:30 If one had a car accident and gets ocular migraines and brain fog sensitivity to light and sound - what types of activities would help? Cataract surgery is also an imminent thing for her as well.

41:50 Concussion and whiplash injury back in May 2024. She looks at her environment. She oftentimes is unable to connect memories with familiar places, objects. Sometimes if she moves her eyes in certain directions and holds it, things feel a bit more familiar.

She also feels like she's not fully in an environment. When she looks at herself she can't feel like she really sees herself and also sometimes feels disconnected from her body. These issues kind of fluctuate throughout the day. And she started getting some treatments on her neck, which seems to help with some of the issues.

She's wondering if that's something we would be able to help?
